Bis auf die oben erwähnten Punkte war es im großen und ganz in Ordnung.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, hatte Rollläden die richtig abgedunkelt haben, sehr großer Pluspunkt
Es gab zwar ein Wellnessbereich mit super viel Auswahl, aber der Whirlpool war sehr sehr kalt. Außerdem kam mehrmals morgens die Reinigungskraft rein vor Check-out der bis 10.30 Uhr war , das erste Mal morgens um 8 Uhr!!!, das ist sehr sehr störend wenn man sich gerade in Ruhe anziehen möchte und so einen großen Schreck kriegt.

Overall, a lovely hotel with a warm, personal atmosphere and genuinely wonderful staff. We would happily come back!
We had a wonderful stay at this very nice, family-run hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was renovated and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the food and drinks (half board). Everything was tasty and well prepared. We especially liked that at breakfast you could order coffee and have your eggs prepared just the way you like them — a small detail, but it made breakfast feel very special. The location is great: within walking distance of the village, while Bruneck, Kronplatz and other surrounding attractions are just a short drive away.
Some parts of the hotel, especially the basement area, feel a little old-fashioned and could benefit from some renovation. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience.
