    Eclectic hotel.

    The lake was pleasant and the staff was helpful and willing to accommodate last minute changes to our itinerary.

    It’s very eclectic 1970s decor and dark, even though remodeled. While the lake is nice, it’s in an odd location in a neighborhood. Not sure if it was because end of season, but the same staff handled everything at the same time.

    Nice Hotel with 20min drive from Reykjavík city center

    Good breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff and a lake view.

    We stayed two nights, and the rooms were not cleaned (and the towels were not replaced). I don't know if this is Hotel policy.
