Photos of the room are not what we got

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The picture of the Superior Double room was not what we got. The room was small, dark and the metal shutters were closed. Probably because they opened onto a busy street. The room was noisy and there were ear plugs on the nightstand. My husband had been in the hospital in Aix and I booked this room for 5 nights expecting a comfortable room for him. We stayed one night and checked out. The owner refused to refund us for any of the unused stay. I ended up paying for an extra hotel to make my husband comfortable.
