    Too many loud tour groups

Amazing and helpful staff. Great, safe location very near the spotlessly clean metrreo which is a no brainer for the historical centre. The hotel is very clean.

At 5 a.m., the hotel was woken by an extremely loud boomer tour group at breakfast, it was impossible to sleep given rooms back onto the court yard where they were eating. The hotel gets filled up by tour groups which also impacts it, the groups tend to be loud at breakfast. It totally impacts the atmosphere. The breakfast itself is fairly basic and the room, while super clean, is also basic for the price.
