A perfect 10 was within reach, but the initial booking delays nearly caused me to miss an important meeting. In today’s

Exceptional customer service! Despite an initial booking issue, Annaïsa and the front desk team handled everything with professionalism, warmth and genuine care. The personalised follow-ups to ensure I was comfortable were impressive. The airport pickup and drop-off service was outstanding.

My booking hadn’t gone through initially, but the staff handled the situation professionally and made me feel genuinely valued. The evening buffet was absolutely amazing, featuring a wonderful variety of authentic Cameroonian dishes, including koki, egusi pudding, bobolo, meyanda and dégé. The unlimited buffet was a real highlight, offering a delicious taste of Cameroon’s rich culinary heritage. Exceptional hospitality, fantastic food and outstanding value. A truly memorable experience. For one who isn't keen on food, I was impressed
