    Really enjoyable stay in a delightful hotel. Will be going back

    Lovely location on the quayside. Very attractive building. Light and airy and nicely decorated. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Delicious and generous breakfast

    Very disappointing.

    Location is fine early morning but not to great later when it gets busy.

    We received a very negative and unhelpful reception when we arrived. Warm welcome it was NOT. At the very overpriced breakfast various items were not kept replenished promptly. The room had no table with a mirror above where I could see to do my hair and make-up. We all felt the hotel was overpriced. As it had been recommended by a relative we felt extremely disappointed. If we had received the sort of welcome we should have then we may have been less upset by the other negative aspects. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our holiday and the one we liked the least.

    Had a great time and loved the location especially. Very pretty area, good value and clean hotel.
