    The main reason we chose this hotel was how it presented itself on Booking.com: a top on-site restaurant, open spaces and outdoor seating areas. This didn't match the reality. The terraces were only accessible in the spa area for an extra charge, and the restaurant was closed. We tried to cancel, but this was not accommodated. Instead, we were offered a paid upgrade. Even though it was reduced in price, we still ended up paying more for something that was advertised differently and had we known, we would have stayed in another hotel to enjoy the sun. Apart from that, it’s a nice, modern building, and the room we ended up staying in was lovely.
