Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr nett und das Ambiente edel und schön.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Lage ist top!
Im Einzelzimmer hat es unter dem Lavabo keine Ablage (ausser einen plastik Hocker). Dies fand ich sehr unglücklich, da man seine persönlichen Sachen, wie Beaty Case nur auf den Hocker oder auf den Boden stellen konnte.

The location is beautiful, the room with lake view was lovely, breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful.

Wunderbares Spätherbst-Wochenende am Lago Maggiore
Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt am See und nahe zur Altstadt mit der Piazza Grande. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern, mit sehr bequemen Betten und grossem Balkon mit Seesicht. Auch im Badezimmer sehr viel Platz und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr gut isoliert und dadurch keine störenden Geräusche, weder von anderen Gästen, noch von draussen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Diverse Eierspeisen konnten am Tisch bestellt werden.
Nur eine Sache hat uns gestört. In den Zimmern hat man die Möglichkeit, sich selber Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Jedoch hatte es kein richtiges Geschirr, also keine Tassen und Löffel, sondern nur Kartonbecher und Holzstäbchen zum Rühren. Das finden wir für diese Hotelkategorie ein grosses Minus und auch überhaupt nicht nachhaltig. Zudem fehlte auch Milch für den Kaffee.
