Management will do all possible to minimize this issue. Fresh towels are available at a small cost and these services can be booked at reception.     Great location and fantastic quiet room out the back overlooking canal but seconds to get to Hastings street

    Shower was built for only very very small people. Hard to turn around in!!

    Location perfect, beds and apartments were super clean, loved waking up to the sound of the boats cruising past on the river.

    Nothing, it was just a laid back apartment.
