    Awesome place to stay, highly recommend!

    Location, helpful staff, restaurant, breakfast.

    Loud noises from other guests in hallway but not a big deal.

    Location, room had everything we needed. The food was incredible.

    Tv settings were hard to set and had to wait awhile

    Very loud outdated rooms, next to busy/loud bar and restaurant.

    Location is good.

    The pictures online were from the hotel behind the old hotel. I was given an old hotel room. Which I guess is fine, but it was right next to the restaurant. So we heard conversations through the shared wall all day/night long. Then at late night the bar music was turned up loud, and people were talking over it, we luckily had earplugs to wear, but I don’t think we should have to wear earplugs when we’re on holiday at a hotel.

    Great view!

    The location is amazing! Great views of the lake from the family room. The rooms were small but comfortable.

    There could be a better way to help tourists use the laundry services. It is coin operated, while I hardly believe any tourist carries coins. They had no clear explanation on how to get coins and weren’t willing to charge it to my card while giving us the coins to use.
