    Negativamente surpreso na primeira hospedagem

    Chuveiro bom Cama, emboque pequena, confortável Localização Café da manhã bom

    Toalhas pequenas, finas, ruins Por ser enquadrado como 4 estrelas, cama pequena e roupas de cama simples Serviço deixando muito a desejar. Primeiro, no check-in, o atendente, a pedido por um quarto de fundos e silencioso, nos colocou de frente pra rua, disse que o quarto tinha video duplo anti ruídos, o que não era... noite bem ruim. Dia seguinte trocamos de quarto, para outro menor ainda, mas de fundos, silencioso. Sono melhorou... Academia, não tem no hotel. Parceria com a Pratique, a 1 quadra. Mas, nenhuma informação sobre horário de funcionamento. Serviço precisa melhorar muito.

    Atendimento dos funcionários excelente, com cuidados em todos os detalhes para nossa família.

    Poderia melhorar o café da manhã, os pães não eram novos, estavam duros.
