An almost perfect stay with one disappointing sauna experience
Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location and surroundings were fantastic, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy Lermoos. Overall, an excellent hotel that we would happily visit again!
The only disappointing part of our stay was an uncomfortable experience in the sauna. A male staff member asked us to leave because we were wearing underwear on the lower part of our bodies, despite being covered with towels. We completely understand and respect that sauna areas may have specific rules. However, we felt that the situation could have been handled with more understanding and sensitivity, especially regarding personal comfort and privacy. It was unfortunate that such a small detail affected an otherwise perfect stay. We hope the hotel will consider a more considerate approach in similar situations in the future.

Wir kommen wieder …
Der Wellnessbereich besonders die Sauna. Und das 4 Gänge Menü beim Abendessen war fantastisch . Personal war super nett.
