    Big dissapointment

    Staff upon check in were friendly.

    The facilities were old and dated. The room furniture was chipping paint. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and made of plastic The a/c didn't work and we had to call the maintenance people twice to fix it, with it finally working with a set of plastic bottles to replace broken reservoirs. The food at the restaurant was so mediocre (rubbery meat, tasteless veggies) that we had to go outside for our next dinner. Finally, they gave us a room on the ground floor looking at the parking lot even though the resort seemed only 20 percent full with plently of rooms overlooking the garden.
