Ótima localização
Localização excelente! Bem próximo a restaurantes, mercados, casa de câmbio, lojas, shoppings. Ducha muito boa, esquenta muito bem. Equipe do café da manhã foi bem simpática. Café da manhã simples e muito bom! Há um micro-ondas no hall que pode ser utilizado. Bairro bem seguro e movimentado.
A iluminação do banheiro não era tão boa, mas não atrapalhou em nada.

Location is good and I stayed there previously. I left my insta 360 camera and they kept it for me while I went to paracas and Huacachina.
I messaged to advise I would get the nightbus back and could I do the early check in for 50 percent payment. I was ignored. When I got there the staff behind the desk said I could do it but not in a superior room which I had booked. They only had a standard room which I said was fine and I would pay for the standard room. She wanted me to pay for the superior room price but downgrade the room. She also said she didnt know where my camera was. After an hour of lying on the couch from 5am absolutely shattered she text her boss to change it and we eventually got the room. Awful customer service this time. I had a pleasant stay the first time. Awful this time. I tried to complain through booking.com and through the hotel which they have ignored. She also found the camera behind the front desk also by some miracle after I paid for the room .

Zona muy buena con restaurantes y lugares para tomar algo,mucho movimiento de dia y de noche. Ubicación buena cerca de todo,seguro. Habitación cómoda y buen desayuno.
Por la noche hay muchos bares pegados al lugar y se percibe mucho ruido.
