As visitors we need more help in English. Otherwise is was very nice.
The location and room was large.
We were surprised how little the desk staff knew about resources. We asked for recommendations for massages and restaurants and they had no ideas. The front desk clerk did not speak English.

Great 👍
The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very cozy. Great breakfast with lots of choices and delicious homemade cakes and pastries. On a quite street but walking distance to everywhere including the train station. We would recommend and definitely stay there again.

On demande un remboursement. C’est une honte…
Rien, à fuir, une honte , on se sent voler… Lit avec pied ballant, odeur de moisie, hygiène très moyen, literie très médiocre… on a payer un petit déjeuner qu’on a pas pris, tellement c’était honteux les produit proposer
L’hôtel c’est du vol. Même pas assez d’eau pour la douche… un filet ..j’ai fait une vidéo …

Room was fine
Air conditioning didn't work, and although I had stupidly booked two nights instead of one, there was no sort of sympathy or goodwill, inspite of the air conditioning not working
