Beautiful hotel, the rooms are all good, and the surroundings are lovely.
The hotel rooms for our group were booked through Booking.com. We paid €6,900 for the group’s stay through Booking.com, and this amount has already been charged to our account. However, upon arrival, we were asked to provide a credit card for each room. After returning from our stay, we discovered that more than €2,000 had been charged to our cards additionally for the rooms, and a further €2,800 is still being held as a pending authorization by the hotel. We have been trying to contact the hotel to resolve this issue, but we have received no response, either through Booking.com messages or via the enquiry forms on the hotel’s own website. We are extremely concerned about these duplicate charges and the outstanding pending amount. We urgently need the hotel to clarify the situation, release the pending funds, and refund any duplicate charges.
