Please note that the spa is open from 14:00 to 19:30. Guests under the age of 18 years old and pregnant women are not permitted to access the spa. Guests can check in until 21:00. The hotel can not guarantee you a room after 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please contact the hotel in advance. Please note that guests must check-out before 11:00. Check-out after 11:00 is not possible. Please note that guests must pay the full amount of the reservation upon arrival. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their parents. For reservations of 2 rooms or more, a nonrefundable prepayment of 100% of the total amount of your stay is required. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in the rooms. If the guests smoke in the rooms, an extra fee will be charged. Upon check-in, guests are required to show an ID card or passport as well as the credit card used for the reservation. Please note that the name on the credit card and the photo ID must match the name on the reservation. Please note that only the guests can access the room. Please note that baby cots are upon request and subject to availability. If you book a nonrefundable rate, the hotel can send you a message requesting a copy of the credit card used for the reservation and a copy of the cardholder's piece of identity, whose name must correspond to the one on the card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
