Clean and comfortable stay and staff are all very friendly and helpful
It is very convenient to walk to Old town, many cafe n eateries, grocery shop etc
The pool is just for dips not for swim 😅

Це була прекрасна відпустка! готель з його привітними працівниками відіграв не останню роль. розташування прекрасне, у доступній пішій близькості знаходиться багато туристичних цікавинок. сніданки, на мою думку, були розкішними. в кімнатах є усе необхідне, навіть відпарююча праска. це круто, насолоджуватись краєвидами міста з басейну, або комфортної зони відпочинку на криші готелю. я не хочу виділяти когось одного з працівників, повірте, усі доброзичливі, ввічливі, з корисними відповідями на наші запитання і порадами. в готелі є спа салон, який неодмінно потрібно відвідати. довіртеся цим чарівним жінкам і ваше тіло подякує вам, прекрасним самопочуттям. з задоволенням повернусь сюди ще раз ♥️

Newly renovated hotel in a fantastic location, with lovely team
With so many hotels to choose from in Hanoi, I found it difficult to decide where to stay, but I’m so glad I chose Hôtel Le Joyau Bleu! The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of many great spots. The hotel has also been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh, modern and clean. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and attentive, from the lovely doormen who were always there to open doors and help with bags, to the fantastic reception staff. A special mention to Justin and Kate, who made sure I was looked after. Whenever I ordered a Grab, they would come outside to check the driver knew where I was going and that I’d be safe, before waving me off. Such a small gesture, but so thoughtful and sweet!
