    Ottima posizione e personale gentile, ma colazione e dettagli da migliorare

    Hotel centrale e ben posizionato in una piccola traversa all'interno di una zona pedonale a traffico limitato (2/5 minuti a piedi per Municipio, Palazzo dei Papi e Cattedrale; 10/12 minuti a piedi per la stazione Avignone Centre). Al nostro arrivo e alla nostra partenza abbiamo incontrato due operatori della reception (aperta H24) davvero gentili, disponibili e professionali. Pulizia giornaliera più che soddisfacente. Camera non grandissima ma con servizi e dotazioni più che discreti per un tre stelle: finestra con gradevole affaccio, cassaforte, bollitore e tisane, letto ampio e comodo, prese elettriche a sufficienza, armadio a muro, ecc Ottima la possibilità di effettuare un refill di acqua potabile da un distributore posizionato accanto la reception (si poteva scegliere acqua liscia, gassata e a temperatura ambiente). Bello e luminoso l'ampio atrio, con una grande scalinata che dava accesso ai piani. WI.FI super veloce Nonostante la posizione centralissima, la camera era molto silenziosa.

    WC alla francese, ovvero separato dal resto del bagno, in una stanza a parte piccola e senza finestra. In prima battuta ci avevano fornito solo i teli per la doccia (una svista?) ma successivamente alla nostra richiesta ci hanno sempre fornito un set completo di asciugamani. Fornitura di prodotti da bagno alquanto deludente, consistente in un unico dispenser con sapone bagno/doccia. Colazione davvero "basic" sia per varietà di prodotti che per qualità degli stessi: avevamo anche chiesto un semplicissimo yogurt senza lattosio (per un serio problema di intolleranza) ma ci è stato risposto che non era possibile accontentare la nostra richiesta neanche nei giorni a seguire. La moquette nell'ampia scala che porta ai piani, mostrava sgradevoli macchie ed evidenti segni di usura. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non pienamente soddisfacente

    Delightful hotel

    A delightful hotel very close to the Palace of the Popes and restaurants, and on a narrow street. It was so quiet, the staff were helpful, and our room was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The WiFi was good. We loved it.
