Nice hotel with nice staff in a nice location but with the need to improve

Very friendly staff at the reception. Great location Clean

The rooms were very cold The beds were cold and a little humid. We had to heat them with the hair dryer No food after 10. No room service which is a bit strange for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast service friendly but making too many mistakes
