    Am platit pt 2 nopți imediat dupa ce ne am cazat baia foarte murdara lenjeria neschimbata am anunțat personalul,chiar managera era Româncă din Brașov i-am explicat situația a verificat camera bineînțeles ca nu a făcut nimic decât să ne schimbe camera,și am renunțat am plecat imediat fără bani înapoiați măcar pe o noapte în viața mea nu o să mai merg acolo

    The location only

    They are slow for check in and they don’t have employees to carry your bag to or from your room which is very bad when they say we are FIVE STAR HOTEL and the break fast is just bad and very very simple

    Perfekter Aufenthalt.

    Hervorragend für Stadtbesichtigungen, kurze Wege zum öffentlichen Personennahverkehr, mit Brüssel-Card hervorragend, sowie Parkplatz im Haus, Hotel selbst alte Pracht aber perfekt in Schuss. Ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis.
