My wife and I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. Value was good. Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was plentiful. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Verona. We were allowed to leave our luggage and jackets in storage because we arrived several hours before check in. When we arrived in the evening to check in, our belongings had already been placed in our room. A nice touch. However, my wife’s jacket had been ripped by whoever brought our stuff to our room. I was told to write an email to senior management. I did that and I included photos of my wife from two days prior with her jacket.
