    Excellent location and friendly staff, but unsafe staircase access, very small rooms, and inadequate

    The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. These were definitely the highlights of our stay.

    My main concern was the safety of the staircase and elevator access. When exiting the elevator, you find yourself directly facing the stairs, with a very unsafe landing area. There is a serious risk of falling, especially for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. This issue needs urgent attention. The rooms were also extremely small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. Housekeeping was another disappointment. Basic complimentary items such as coffee, water, toiletries, and toilet paper were not replenished automatically. Every day, I had to go to reception and ask for whatever was missing. These essentials should be checked and refilled daily without guests having to request them. Overall, these issues affected our comfort and experience despite the excellent location and friendly staff.

    Nice and comfortable

    I liked the cleanliness, the design, the handwriting welcome card, the shower products, the breakfast and staff

    Next door was a crazy party that made it hard to sleep quietly and I understand that it’s not the hotels control. Also the elevators which may have been an afterthought, was pretty small. The price could have been a bit better but I understand the attention to detail and location
