    Nangilo greeted us at check in when we arrived and was very knowledgeable about the hotel and history! Exceptional customer service!! The hotel was clean and updated. The guest rooms are extremely comfortable and set up well with a desk and spacious. The bathroom had lots of space and storage/hanging options. The decor was beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

    Fantastic Stay from the Start

    First time in Ohio, and after arriving super late and exhausted for a work trip, I wasn’t expecting such a warm welcome. Elizabeth and Nungilo immediately made me feel at home, sharing the history of the hotel and making check-in a genuinely enjoyable experience. Their hospitality turned a long travel day into a great start to my stay. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and inviting. The food was excellent, and the bar had such a charming atmosphere. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations.Highly recommend!
