Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities. Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant. The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins. Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied. Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.     Un séjour formidable

    Tout était parfait. Un cadre très classe et calme au milieu des palmiers. Des bungalows spacieux et confortables. Parking gratuit, le buffet de bonne qualité.

    Accoglienza molto fredda e impersonale, poca cura per il cliente dovessi tornare a gran Canaria, sceglierei un’altra struttura
