Lo staff. La comodità per parcheggiare
Ho prenotato tramite booking. Ti fanno scegliere con o senza parcheggio. Ho scelto "con" e pagato di più la prenotazione. Quando arrivo alla struttura mi dicono, ah sì. Capita a tutti. Ma non c'è parcheggio esclusivo. Può parcheggiare dove vuole.....allora. per cosa si paga di più?

Non basta una buona colazione!
La colazione, completa e di buona qualità. Il personale sia di reception che la cameriera in sala sempre disponibili e con il sorriso compensano in parte l’esperienza negativa.
la struttura è vecchia, grosse carenze di manutenzione, ho trovato lavori in corso per cambio pavimenti ma è una goccia nel mare di lavori da fare, camere che sanno da fumo, termosifone in bagno che sporge sul wc, doccia piena di calcare, porte che si chiudono male, insonorizzazione inesistente, ascensore che balla come alle giostre …. Mi spiace ma potrei continuare all’infinito.
