    Asiakaspalvelun puute pilaa muuten ihan asiallisen majoituksen.

    Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamiainen sisälsi kaiken tarpeellisen.

    Olin kysynyt etukäteen ohjeet myöhäiseen saapumiseen. Perillä ei ollut kuitenkaan ketään. Kukaan ei vastannut puhelimeen, paitsi huoltomies, joka neuvoi meidät väärään paikkaan. Sähköpostilla saimme lopulta yhteyden henkilökuntaan joka neuvoi meille avaimen paikan. Huoneessa ei ollut liinavaatteita. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet löysin käytävältä pesulasta tulleesta kärrystä. Sängyssä oli peiton ja patjan välissä nuuskapurkki ja risumytty. Lakanoita tuotiin meille seuraavana päivänä mutta nehän meillä jo oli. Reseption ei ollut auki seuraavinakaan päivinä joten emme kirjautuneet hotelliin emmekä ulos. Viesteihini ei vastattu mitään enää sisäänkirjautumisillan jälkeen.
