What an amazing hotel and trip from start to finish! Our stay at Hotel Luena exceeded all expectations, and the service we received was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Anna and Damien, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The staff honestly couldn't do enough for us. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, but Anna deserves special recognition for helping us understand the Lisbon Metro system and the best routes to explore the city. Her kindness and local knowledge made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The room was excellent, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel's location is ideal, with great access to transport links and all the amenities you could want while visiting Lisbon. The breakfast was an exceptional surprise and far exceeded our expectations. There was a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food, making every morning a pleasure. In our opinion, Hotel Luena should be rated at least a 4-star hotel. The level of service, comfort, and attention to detail was outstanding. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you once again, especially to Anna, for making our trip to Lisbon so special and memorable. We can't wait to come back!
