    Upsetting

    I am so dissatisfied with our stay. We’re here for a sick friend in hospice. We were exhausted from driving all day and spending an emotional afternoon and evening with family. We got to the room at 9:30 and wanted wash up and go to bed. There were “3” soap dispensers and NOT ONE WORKED!! Nor could we take a shower. Shame on you and your housekeeping team. That is absolutely unacceptable!! I am so upset! Room 159

    Davina at the front desk was amazing. Location was great. We were able to check in early.

    Ice machine near our room was very loud.
