Hospitalidade excepcional, localização perfeita e uma experiência inesquecível nas Dolomitas
Nossa experiência no Hotel Luna Mondschein foi excelente, desde o momento da reserva até o check-out. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e cuidadosa, inclusive preparando um bolo especial para comemorar meu aniversário, um gesto que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais memorável. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente os funcionários Gregori e Michela, que foram excepcionalmente atenciosos, prestativos, cordiais e simpáticos durante o café da manhã e o jantar, sempre demonstrando profissionalismo e dedicação. A localização do hotel também é excelente para explorar Ortisei e as belezas das Dolomitas. O acesso a pé aos teleféricos de Alpe di Siusi e Seceda é rápido e prático, enquanto de carro é fácil chegar a lugares incríveis como o Passo Gardena e o Passo Sella. Um hotel que combina excelente atendimento, localização privilegiada e um ambiente acolhedor. Recomendamos muito e certamente voltaríamos!

Nagy jó helyen van a hotel. Nagyon kedves volt mindenki. A spa részlegen, az alpesi széna szaunát (mountain hay sauna) senki se hagyja ki.

Generally great stay
Spa area was lovely - great facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Afternoon cakes a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable. V short walk to town centre and to access hikes.
I know the hotel cant help this but during my stay there was a building site next door. Was woken up at 7.30am every day by the noise and it generally had an impact on the ambience. Be aware that even without the building site the hotel is situated on quite a busy road. Your 'mountain view balcony' may not feel quite as you expect it to. Hotel refused to give me an iron because I might injure myself and instead offered me a laundry service at 5 euros for a t shirt. Utterly ridiculous.
