  睡在中世纪的古建筑里，享受现代酒店文化和亲切的服务，很满意。

  早餐很好，精致。位置当然很好。感谢酒店给我们了河景房间，这是非常美妙的感受，每天早晚都能拍到清晨和晚霞映照下的老桥，晚上打开窗还能听到老桥上传来的音乐声。总经理Mr. Guido Balestra忙碌的身影每天都会出现在酒店里，早餐时刻一定会来和所有客人打招呼，让人印象深刻。

  客房内的网速不太稳定，可能是建筑太古老了。

  Hotel Lungarno is an absolute gem of a hotel in the middle of beautiful Florence. All the staff are incredible and the service is impeccable. We stayed in the river view suit which was really beautiful and our 3 kids stayed in 2 entry level rooms which were great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and our room was very spacious with an incredibly massive shower. The rooms were all elegantly styled and had impeccable finishes. When we checked into the hotel we mentioned that we had been battling to book tickets to the must see museums etc in Florence and we were told that they would ask the concierge to assist us. So a special mention has to be made for Lorenzo, the concierge. Within the hour, Lorenzo had made contact with us and had all our tickets booked. He was an absolute delight in advising us in where to book for dinners and booked us into an amazing restaurant, 5 min walk from the hotel. He made us feel completely at home and was always interested in our days excursions, always adding a bit of information about certain places we had visited and where we could go next. We highly recommend this hotel to any traveller who wants to feel spoilt.
