    Es war nett!

    Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich.

    Badezimmer war schmutzig, Roof top Bar war irre laut (Live Saxophone Musik und DJ), Buffet zum Frühstück war ausreichend.

    Spacious and conviniently located

    Súper convenient location close to everything and super accesible from the airport via the tram. The rooms are quite spacious

    The hotel could use a facelift overall as it’s looking a bit tired

    Cosy, friendly and comfortable city hotel

    The location of this hotel couldn't be better. The perfect distance for a leisurely walk into the city to see the Duomo before the crowds get there and lots of nice shops, cafes and restaurants dotted around. The hotel staff were super friendly and always happy to help with any questions or problems that arose. The hotel room had great charm and character and worked perfectly for me as a base to start my exploration of Florence.
