    La persona que me hizo el Check in, no encontraba mi reservación y por supuesto que si estaba, me cuestionó por que dice que le dan preferencia a reservas hechas en su sitio que a las de expedia, me regaño por que se me desactivo la tarjeta de la habitación así como por que el internet no funcionaba, Mal

    The tv doesn't work, the room doesn't have fridge, coffee maker or microwave. The mattresses were very hard.
