    Poca disponibilità del personale Sono celiaca ho avvisato settimane prima, parlato con la responsabile che mi aveva detto che nn ci sarebbero stati problemi, ho avuto per colazione una merendina, senza niente altro, la cena presso il ristorante Crystal che era anche la struttura accanto all hotel dove la mattina si consuma la colazione, mi era stato detto che potevo scegliere qualsiasi condimento per la varietà di formato di paste senza glutine, per un menu di 26 euro al momento di cenare mi hanno risposto che nn avevano nulla se no dei conchiglie da condire con il sugo perché nn avevano fatto la spesa.ho avvisato con lungo anticipo nn si può non essere organizzati, ma lo stessa risposta anche per gli amici nn celiaci che si sono adeguati. Pessimo
