    Awesome hotel

    Great hotel to explore Rapa Nui with great facilities and the staff were very helpful!

    The airport transfer - it’s a 21 minute walk to the airport but the charge is $30 per person. Feels very unbalanced. We walked and it was so simple and safe

    Agradable pero faltan mejoras.

    La ubicación, los jardines y la atención del personal. El bar restaurant muy buena la comida y el ambiente.

    El baño tenía mal olor, no tenía ventilación y el agua del wc a veces quedaba corriendo. No se pudo enchufar el frigobar ya que el cable no llegaba al enchufe. El colchón era muy antiguo. En general, falta mejorar y renovar las habitaciones y mantención de la piscina. La mesa de pool está desnivelada por lo que no se podía jugar muy bien.
