It was a comfortable and quiet setting. The front desk staff was very curtious and helpfull. The rooms were very clean. Free cappuccino in the morning in a comfortable lounge. Very central to most major sites. All in short walking distance.

Lage und Personal gut, alles andere enttäuschend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles fussläufig erreichen und es war sauber.
Ich habe ein zentrales, etwas gehobeneres und gutes Hotel gesucht. Leider muss ich sagen, dass dieses Hotel nicht 4 Sternen entspricht. Es ist sehr hellhörig- man hört den Nachbar duschen, Gäste am Gang reden, der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist laut und das Zimmer war für ein Superior-Zimmer sehr klein. Die Ausstattung entspricht auch bei weitem nicht 4 Sternen. Wir sind grundsätzlich gar nicht empfindlich, aber der Preis ist maximal für die gute Lage gerechtfertigt. Da es ein Überraschungswochenende für eine Freundin war, war ich sehr enttäuscht.
