    Excellent location for old Quebec.

    The location is excellent, in the middle of everything you would want to see and do in old Quebec. They have eased up on the service only by the workers at breakfast which is good. It must have been oppressive to have had to order every item from a server as was done before according to descriptions.

    Three capsules for the coffee machine is a little parsimonious for 2 guests in the room. A note informing that they would charge more if a guest asked for more. The room cost enough that I think they could have been more generous.

    Bien passé, confortable, mais une ambiance un peu « radin » dont un hôtel de cette catégorie pourrait se passer.

    Hôtel bien placé et confortable.

    Pour le petit déjeuner, on voyait que les employées avaient des consignes de limiter les consommations. Et pour le parking, on nous a répété longuement qu’on devrait payer 200 $ si on ne rapportait pas la carte de parking…

    Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast made for a quick and easy start to the day, Easy walk to the museums and the many restaurants, and shops.
