    Avoid at all cost

    The room smelled like rotten bodies. The staff were very rude and careless. The guy at the front desk was not helpful at all, he just kept on eating on the front desk and doing absolutely nothing to solve our issue. We had to refund and leave.

    Excellent location and outstanding service, but the beds could be more comfortable

    Amazing location! It is very close to the Central Station, with easy access to metro and bus lines. We walked almost everywhere (Dam Square is only about a 15-minute walk away). The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating to every request. After I realized I had accidentally booked a windowless basement room, they went out of their way to move us to a spacious, bright room on the first floor with a window. We truly appreciated their flexibility and great hospitality!

    My daughter and I stayed in single beds that were quite narrow and not very comfortable. Additionally, there was no fridge in our upgraded room, which was quite inconvenient. Surprisingly, the basement room had a fridge, but the larger room on the first floor did not.

    Location, friendly staff, decent size room.
