Big expectations, huge disappointment.
Cleanliness, new and visually attractive facilities
Location is not as close to old downtown as advertised. Parking is three long blocks away from the hotel. Comfort in the room is very poor, as the town where the hotel is located is very cold most of the day, and there is no heating in the room whatsoever. Worst part is the lack of care with cars parked in the property. The staff damaged my car. Managers Carlos López and Adelín Luna refused to take responsibility by paying the insurance deductible. The whole experience of visiting San Cristóbal was ruined by this hotel's shortcomings. I sincerely recommend that booking.com takes this property out of their supported facilities.
