    Flawless service

    The service was absolutely flawless. The breakfast hall was grand and the entire experience superb. The property exuded calm. Everything seemed to be taken car off starting with the valet on arrival. The location is excellent - all in walking distance.

    For a property of this standard it is disappointing not to have any full pool/spa facilities. It also does not have a business area that can be used for calls. You can observe various guests making do in the lobby. We booked a terrace suite which was not good value for money. In the height of summer we may not have regretted it but the actual room was rather compact with very narrow doors-windows. The views blocked by heavy stone ballustrades.

    Cristina is perfect place to stay if you are looking for elegant, historic, good location.

    Lovely elegant hotel with old world elegance and very luxurious. Location is perfect to explore San Sebastian, close to many restaurants, bakeries, waterfront. Rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent with large selection of items including fruit, breads and pastries, meats and prepared hot items.
