Das Zimmer war größer als gedacht, gute Betten und zentral gelegen.
Kein Frühstück wie angegeben, nach Aussage vom Mitarbeiter, wurden alle Leute entlassen und das Hotel schließt.

Die Zentrale Lage des Hotels.
Das es kein Frühstück gab, da das Hotel insolvent war und verkauft wurde. Alle Mitarbeiter entlassen worden sind. Dies war meine letzte Buchung bei Booking!!!! Ich hätte von ihnen erwartet, dass sie mich informieren darüber. Da sie das nicht gemacht haben weiß Ich wie das ihnen die Kunden egal sind.

Noch nie so unwillkommen in einem Hotel gefühlt
Für uns speziell war die Lage gut. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem noch ordentlich.
Wir haben ein Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt, obwohl es gar kein Frühstück gab. Außerdem wurden wir sehr unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt begrüßt, mit der Begründung, dass das Hotel gerade von einem indischen Großkonzern gekauft und das Personal gefeuert worden wäre. Dies ist bestimmt nicht erfreulich, aber wir als Gäste sollten das nicht ausbaden müssen. Das mit dem Frühstück wusste man sicherlich auch schon vor unserer Buchung. Diese Kritik richtet sich aber nicht nur gegen das Hotel, sondern auch gegen booking.com
