    Great historic look created by furniture. Bed was very comfortable.

    Bathroom room towels were frayed and need to be replaced.

    NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN THIS WAS DEFENETLY MY WORST STAY IN PUEBLA IN ALL MY LIFE

    The people here don’t care about the hotel they never made me feel at home and charged me for something I didn’t even see actually they charged my father in law who’s an elderly man who tried explaining but even the manager was mean at his the y charged us for a 100 pesos glass we never saw

    Nothing really it’s not different from any other hotel downtown except for the horrible experience even the ladies at the front desk don’t take their job seriously

    Excelente ubicación para el turista... Sus instalaciones son clásicas mexicanas artesanales en Muy buen estado...excelente atención del personal...Muy rico desayuno sobre todo calidad del cafe
