Персонал был добрым и уважительным.
Соотношение цены и качества. Было шумно. Нету возможности делать чай или кофе в комнате ( так как я девушка и мне не хотелось выходить из комнаты). Кровать слишком маленькая.

I feel great booking this place. It was my first time in Germany and I was really worried coming in with two suitcases and messy place to stay, but I’ve been proven wrong. Martinihof is right at the centre of the city with a 20min walk to the Westf Hauptbahnhof and a 5min walk to the Altstadt bus stop. Check in was smooth though it was past 7pm. The rooms are small but quite comfortable for a few nights. They have an elevator too!! I booked a private room with private bathroom, they do have options with shared bathrooms as well. My room had a balcony so I couldn’t complain. They have a breakfast buffet option which is basic but healthy and decent for the price. Ines, the woman that works at the restaurant is lovely and makes you feel right at home. Patrick who was at the reception is a great sport and made my first few days in Münster memorable. Everyone speaks English at the hotel so you wouldn’t feel lost if you aren’t fluent in German.
