Nice short stay in the busy area
The hotel is very nicely appointed. Very modern. The location is near great food, great shopping, and sites to visit. Once you reach the property it’s almost like a speakeasy as the building entrance belies the hotel itself

Fantastic location, modern, spotless, and very comfortable rooms.
Fantastic location. Professional front desk staff. Go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. Comfy bed, excellent AC, great view of the galleria! In the evening I asked for some specific local dishes, and as a long time local resident they provided nice recommendations for the area. Had a very early flight scheduled, so that evening they arranged a taxi for me and had a breakfast ready to go for me in the morning. Excellent service.
I was fine, just be aware if you have large luggage or a larger group - Inconvenient entrance / a little hard to find / with a very small elevator (as expected for a building in this part of town) - but well worth any small effort once you're inside.
