    4 Sterne nicht angemessen, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern optimal

    Zentrale Lage in Ramsau, Anbindung an das örtliche Hallenbad inkl. Fitnessstudio (bd. nicht im Hotel),

    Hotel ist schwerpunktmäßig auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern ausgerichtet, für Paare oder solche Familien mit Ruhebedürfnis entsprechend herausfordernde Geräuschkulisse. Als Booking-com Gast hatten wir das am schlechtesten gelegene Zimmer (Rauch und Lärm von der Terrasse). Menüs der HP zu klein portioniert, der 16 jährige Sohn brauchte regelmäßig Nachschlag, welcher allerdings immer gewährt wurde. Frühstück ohne viel Varianz bishin einfallslos, aber mit Eierspeisen nach Wunsch. Zimmerservice eher auffällig durch frühes Stören als durch regelmäßige Säuberung (max. wurden Bettdecken aufgeschlagen). Beim bemühten Personal ist hinsichtlich Überblick definitiv Luft nach oben. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht, die 4 Sterne sind zu hoch bemessen.
