Chose this hotel because it advertised 24 hr check in and appeared to have a fully functional bathroom. Arrived middle of the day and had to wait nearly an hour ringing the bell and having the cab driver call the posted number before getting in. No hot water and was charged twice. The staff was nice once present. Just not what I expected as the first stop after flying.

Hotel was clean and in a good location and I would definitely stay here again. Nice breakfast for a very reasonable price. Our check in was great even though we arrived quite late. Our only negative is that the person that looks after the front desk on the night shift could not understand any English and when we were having an issue he was not able to offer any help whatsoever

El hotel es demasiado agradable, silencioso, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, esta ubicado cerca del casco histórico y del parque alameda. el personal muy atento y amable.

Excelente hotel, Buen trato, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, el agua caliente funciona perfectamente al igual que el wifi. buena ubicación, si volviera ir a quito me volvería alojar acá, lo recomiendo.
