El entorno natural
El servicio del personal del restaurante; no fueron amables cuando se les preguntaba sobre la alimentación. Además, la relación precio/alimentación no fue la adecuada.

La calidez y excelente servicio del personal es lo que más resalto de la estancia. Sin dejar atrás la comida, el espacio tan agradable y la ubicación privilegiada del Hotel. Repetiría mi estadía sin dudarlo. Les agradezco a todo el personal por estar tan pendientes y dispuestos, con una excelente actitud, muy acogedora. Totally Dishonest Pricing, Doubled Rate in Booking.com
Kitchen and cleaning staff were fantastic
Transportation to the hotel, which is required as it's only reachable by boat, and food at the hotel, which is required as there are no restaurants except other hotels at the location, were not included in the price on booking.com Thus, the actual price I had to pay was more than DOUBLE the price listed on booking.com. Again, these costs were REQUIRED to reach the hotel and to have food to eat. When I asked for an itemized list of the additional costs the person controlling the hotels WhatsApp was surprised as she had, "already told me the costs." In this case it was a long back and forth of different prices, "packages," and different rates. There was no one message with all of the prices and the math supporting the final price. When I insisted she itemize the prices so I could confirm what I was paying for, she eventually sent back a WhatsApp message of the costs together, rather than a professional invoice. This would be ok for a more informal transaction but with the additional costs they added the bill had gone from about $1,000 to about $2,000 so in my opinion this calls for a bit more professionalism than back of a cocktail napkin work. The room itself had a single fan which was broken upon arrival. It was fixed promptly but as we learned a single small fan is not adequate for the heat and humidity of Niquía. I woke up in puddle of my own sweat every morning we were here. At $2000 for 3 nights stay, I expect a lot better. I had paid more for a room based on the statement: this room includes a jacuzzi. As this was a romantic trip I thought that would be fun to have in the room. Upon arrival as it turns out the room doesn't include a jacuzzi, there is a public jacuzzi available to everyone at the resort and it's dirty and uncovered so no one ever used it during the full time I was there. Again: I paid a higher rate for the room I chose and the feature listed was actually for all rooms and not private at all.
