    Excelente opción para viajar con animales

    Muy amable personal, habitaciones limpias y la comida del restaurante muy rica.

    Me tocó una cama con un colchón que se hundía mucho del lado izquierdo.

    Bad service in the restaurant

    The room service Mara and hotel staff was great

    The restaurant staff was rude and not helpful. One guy in the restaurant brought the wrong food and kept telling lies that he didn’t have the red chilaquiles. I told him I don’t want green chilaquiles. He said I can’t take them back. I said I was not eating them and I wanted to speak to a manager. He was rude and lazy. Since the beginning he said we don’t have green juice or orchata. I only have fruit. Another waitress was rude on a different day too.
