很好的商務旅館，不適合打算享受酒店設施的人。
裝修日式低調很好。早餐品項很多算是美味。獲得房間升等讓我很高興。
行政酒廊不是很吸引人，點心跟餐食皆不美味。飲料不能拿出去喝，雖然可以理解酒店的政策，不過已經費用近9000一晚上不至於貪小便宜兩瓶飲料………………. 雖然不困擾但挺煩人的，因為行政酒廊裝修也不是非常賞心悅目，飲品喝兩口想離開卻不能帶走覺得浪費。

Average place with a very nice and courteous staff
Staff was very courteous. Rooms were good sized. and clean.
Customer service in terms of making room changes, buffet was average. I had accidentally booked two different tiers of rooms and had requested to make change but to make the change, they were asking for a lot of money, much more than What had cost me to book the one higher tiered room. They blamed the 3rd party booking for it and did not help.
