The breakfast was great, the property was very beautiful with a nice garden, we had a very cute balcony in our room, and I loved that it was staffed throughout the day and night. The location was also amazing, close to both ferry port and train station. The windows also had incredible blackout curtains. The blue theme was adorable.
The first night, our AC was not working but the staff were prompt to fix it. The shower also had doors that didn't properly shut and the water pressure was not great. The room and bathroom was also very small. Also, some of the towels appeared used when we entered, maybe just not properly placed by cleaning staff.

Lovely hotel, great location, bed and bathroom excellent and really nice staff. Breakfast amazing - thank you to the lovely lady who gave us coffee every morning. Really nice garden and balcony area. A perfect base in Sorrento.
